Currently operating my own consulting company, I have served as Co-Founder, Principal and Chief Operating Officer of an industry leading Mechanical & Electrical Consulting Engineering Firm located in Columbus, Ohio. I have accumulated over Nineteen (19) years of total experience in Mechanical Consulting Engineering and Design, Building Management Systems and Design, HVAC and Electrical Design. Plumbing Design, Fire Protection Design, Project Management, Retail Design & Construction, CAD Drafting/Design, and Commercial and Residential Inspections and Real Estate Development.

Owners of InspectOhio, LLC and AquaGuard, LLC. Since 1992 Calvin and Cheryl have completed over 45,000 individual inspections. They have inspected residential waste water systems; sampled well water to test for elevated levels of bacteria and other contaminants. Tested residential and commercial gaslines, electrical systems, HVAC systems, roofs, structural assessments, and more. Supplied real estate agencies, mortgage and closing agencies, banks, etc. with closing inspection reports for VA, FHA, and Rural Development financing. In addition to general home inspections they also offer a full line of pest control and inspection services and are authorized installers of Basement De-Watering Systems and Fortress Stabilization Carbon Fiber Wall Support Systems.
Cheryl

is Licensed by the Ohio Dept. of Agriculture in pest control and pest inspections and was previously licensed by the Ohio Dept. of Health to test for radon gas. She has managed both InspectOhio and AquaGuard for over 16 years and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
