Dry well systems (what can happen)

The occurance of major ground erosion due to improper drainage and retaining systems. This property is located in Worthington, OH and is basically sitting on a cliff. Drywell systems were in place behind retaining wall and under deck. Both in which came disconnected. The photos will show what can happen in this case.
