Currently operating my own consulting company, I have served as Co-Founder, Principal and Chief Operating Officer of an industry leading Mechanical & Electrical Consulting Engineering Firm located in Columbus, Ohio. I have accumulated over Eighteen (18) years of total experience in Mechanical Consulting Engineering and Design, Building Management Systems and Design, HVAC and Electrical Design. Plumbing Design, Fire Protection Design, Project Management, Retail Design & Construction, CAD Drafting/Design, and Commercial and Residential Inspections and Real Estate Development.

Provide Consulting services and design to commercial, industrial, retail and educational facilities, including HVAC design, Electrical Design, plumbing design, building evaluations and studies. Member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). I hold the Certified Professional Mold Inspector (PMI), Graduate Home Inspector (GHI) and Master Home Inspector (MHI) designations as offered through the CICPI. I am a Member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). Co-Founding member of the Ohio Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI).

Previously the Regional Property inspector for the country's largest hard money lender. Performed over 4000 inspections and inspection reviews and approvals. Trained inspectors on rehab property evaluations and draw inspections. Created inspector training manual and procedures including local permit requirements in over 20 markets.

Accumulated over 20 years experience in remodeling and rehabbing in the Columbus, Ohio area.
